Fish Lake Cove Community Development District
The Fish Lake Cove Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on August 7, 2024 by the Board of County Commissioners of Osceola County, Florida, Ordinance No. 2024-49 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The Fish Lake Cove CDD is located entirely within Osceola County and covers approximately 41.83 acres of land. The site is generally located north of Fish Lake, south and west of E. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway and east and north of Neptune Road.
The services provided by the District are described in Chapter 190, Florida Statutes.

Consent is hereby given to the District’s Board of Supervisors o finance, fund, plan, establish, acquire, construct, reconstruct, enlarge or extend, equip, operate, and maintain systems and facilities for parks and facilities for indoor and outdoor recreational, cultural, and educational uses, and for security, all as authorized and described by Sections 190.012(2)(a) and (2)(d), Florida Statutes (2023).
